These Terms & Conditions (referred to throughout this document as "the Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you (the "Player") and jyaa9 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the jyaa9 website, mobile interface, game library, sports betting services, promotional offers, and all associated features accessible via jyaa9.com and its subdomains.

jyaa9 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English. By registering, you acknowledge that you are sufficiently proficient in English to understand these Terms, the platform's game rules, and all promotional conditions communicated to you.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations relevant to the jurisdiction of operation. jyaa9 does not make any representation as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside its operational scope. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that use of the jyaa9 platform is lawful in their specific location within Bangladesh.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jyaa9 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and any specific terms relating to a particular product, service, or promotion, the specific terms shall take precedence for that product, service, or promotion only.

jyaa9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to game availability, payment methods, promotional offers, and account features. jyaa9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or platform announcement.

To access the full range of jyaa9 services — including real-money games, sports betting, and promotional offers — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible players across Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

Eligibility criteria for account registration:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system).
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from jyaa9 or any other gambling platform under a cross-platform exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be using a VPN, proxy, or other means of disguising your actual location at the time of registration.

One account per player: Each individual player is permitted to hold one jyaa9 account only. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jyaa9 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed, all bonuses forfeited, and jyaa9 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

Account information accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your jyaa9 account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your personal details change — including your registered mobile number or email address — you must update your account information promptly. jyaa9 is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated account information, including missed payment notifications or OTP delivery failures.

KYC verification: Before processing any withdrawal, jyaa9 requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of one of the following: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or Bangladesh driving licence. jyaa9 may additionally request proof of address or payment method ownership documentation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a verification request being issued will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jyaa9 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jyaa9 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact jyaa9 support immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on the jyaa9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jyaa9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the platform's payment page. Currently accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, as well as selected Bangladesh bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jyaa9 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your jyaa9 balance in exceptional circumstances, though most are processed immediately.
• jyaa9 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of jyaa9.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and any funds identified as originating from a third-party source will be frozen pending investigation.

Withdrawal terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. See Section 02 for KYC requirements.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 24–72 hours from the point at which the request is approved by the jyaa9 payments team. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• jyaa9 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests that are unusual in size, frequency, or pattern, as part of its fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full. See Section 04 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

Currency and exchange: All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in BDT. jyaa9 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your bank or card provider are your own responsibility.

Anti-money laundering: jyaa9 is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or terrorist financing. Where jyaa9 identifies suspicious financial activity, it will freeze the relevant account, report the activity to appropriate authorities, and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation. Players found to have engaged in money laundering will have their accounts permanently closed and their balances forfeited.

jyaa9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players. Promotions may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cricket bet credits, cashback on losses, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL fixtures, and T20 World Cup tournaments.

General bonus eligibility:

• Bonuses are available to registered, KYC-verified players unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• One bonus may be active on your account at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• jyaa9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a player.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the jyaa9 platform.

Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each specific promotion are stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms page. Standard wagering requirements on jyaa9 bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot titles from providers such as Pragmatic Play and NetEnt typically contribute 100% towards wagering. Live casino games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Crash games including Aviator and Ocean Phoenix may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion. Sports bets contribute 100% when placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or above. Wagering on excluded games does not count towards bonus clearance.

Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonuses that have not been claimed within 7 days of issuance, and wagering requirements that have not been completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited and removed from the account.

Bonus abuse: jyaa9 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk during bonus wagering, and systematically targeting low-edge games to clear wagering requirements. Players identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus removed, their winnings voided, and may have their account closed at jyaa9's discretion.

By using the jyaa9 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful of other players and the jyaa9 team. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered players at all times.

You are obligated to:

• Provide accurate and truthful personal information at registration and throughout your account lifecycle.
• Keep your account login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jyaa9 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Use the jyaa9 platform for personal entertainment only — not for any commercial, business, or professional gambling operation.
• Comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh in connection with your use of the jyaa9 platform.
• Use the responsible gaming tools available on jyaa9 if you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.

Strictly prohibited conduct includes:

• Registering more than one account with jyaa9, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets, collect data, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit any error, glitch, bug, or misconfiguration in the jyaa9 platform or any game for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Using funds of illegal origin to deposit into your jyaa9 account (money laundering).
• Making threats, using abusive language, or engaging in any form of harassment directed at jyaa9 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or circumvent any security measure, game algorithm, or access control on the jyaa9 platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to disguise your actual location or identity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms or gaining an unfair advantage.

jyaa9 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance freezing, and permanent closure — against any player found to be in breach of these obligations or engaging in prohibited conduct. Where applicable, jyaa9 will report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

All casino games available on jyaa9 are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. By launching and playing any game on jyaa9, you agree to be bound by the relevant game provider's rules in addition to these Terms.

Casino game conditions:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. jyaa9 does not alter or influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game round from completing normally, jyaa9's policy is to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account balance. Sports betting conditions:

• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the specific settlement rules displayed within each market at the time the bet is placed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at jyaa9's discretion. jyaa9 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice, particularly during periods of technical difficulty or where market integrity concerns exist.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be voided unless explicitly offered as in-play markets.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to jyaa9's standard settlement rules for the relevant sport, which are detailed in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
• jyaa9 reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed with knowledge of a corrupted or fixed result.

Crash games (Aviator, Ocean Phoenix): Crash games including Aviator by Spribe and Ocean Phoenix use a provably fair algorithm to determine the crash point of each round. The provably fair seed verification process is accessible within the game settings. By playing crash games, you acknowledge the inherent volatility of these titles and accept that individual session results may vary significantly from published return-to-player percentages.

jyaa9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or where account closure is required for regulatory, legal, or security reasons.

Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information during registration or at any later stage.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds of illegal origin.
• Suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting software.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at jyaa9 staff or other players.
• Request by the player themselves for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your jyaa9 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you are encouraged to withdraw any remaining balance. jyaa9 will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Where a closure request is made in the context of a gambling problem, jyaa9 will treat it as a responsible gaming self-exclusion request and act accordingly under the provisions described in the Responsible Gaming section.

Balance on closure: Where an account is closed by jyaa9 due to a Terms breach, the treatment of any remaining balance will depend on the nature of the breach. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, balances may be frozen and reported to relevant authorities. In cases of minor Terms violations, jyaa9 will use reasonable discretion in determining whether the balance is returnable to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. jyaa9 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. Dormant account fees, where applicable, are limited to a reasonable administrative charge and will not reduce an account balance below zero.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jyaa9 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jyaa9 platform or any services provided through it.

jyaa9 does not warrant or represent that:

• The platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times.
• Any defects or errors on the platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
• The platform or any content on it is free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components (though jyaa9 takes all reasonable precautions to ensure this).
• Any specific outcome will result from playing any game or placing any bet on the platform.

Gambling risk acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss and that jyaa9 is not responsible for any financial loss you incur through your use of the platform, provided that jyaa9 has operated the platform fairly and in accordance with these Terms. You accept full personal responsibility for your gambling decisions and the financial consequences thereof.

Force majeure: jyaa9 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or disruptions to the Bangladesh telecommunications network operated by providers such as Grameenphone, Banglalink, Robi, or Teletalk.

Third-party game provider liability: Casino games and crash games on jyaa9 are operated by independent third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. jyaa9's liability in respect of any game malfunction, error, or dispute is limited to the value of the wager placed on the affected game round. jyaa9 is not responsible for any technical failures occurring within a game provider's systems that are outside jyaa9's direct control.
